What safety systems are built into your autonomous platforms?

All the robot's we deploy have built-in sensors and automated control system, which allow it to operate in hazardous environments without direct human intervention. These sensors help the robot avoid obstacles, detect any malfunctions, and ensure smooth operation. By doing so, the risk of accidents such as overspray, unintentional contact with walls or surfaces, and human injury is significantly reduced.

Are your systems compliant with UK/EU/OSHA safety standards?

Yes. Our autonomous systems are designed and deployed in full alignment with UK health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act, PUWER, and CDM Regulations. Each system undergoes a documented risk assessment, conformity evaluation, and safety validation prior to deployment. Where required, our equipment carries UKCA marking and is supported by a full technical file and Declaration of Conformity. All deployments are accompanied by site-specific RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), operator competency verification, and a structured inspection and maintenance schedule. We work closely with Principal Contractors to ensure our systems integrate seamlessly into Construction Phase Plans and existing site safety frameworks.
